ODDLAUG panel is one of several components that help create a comfortable sound level in a room and works best when used in combination with other furnishings like sofa, rugs, curtains, etc.
The absorbing frequency varies depending on how many pieces you put together and how you hang them. For maximum effect, we recommend at least 4 packages and to hang the panels 4 from the wall.
To be completed with VIDGA curtain track system, gliders and hooks or RIKTIG curtain hook with clip or PORTION curtain ring with clip and hook.

Review title: Interesting concept

Review: These REALLY help omit the echo in a roomb& greatly improving the accoustics - and they are decorative! It CAN be used as a push pin board but definitely small push pins would be needed. A little challenging to assemble but worth it! I chose to put all the tabs to one side. Not so sure that was the best decision because it's slightly bows out from the wall but not by much at it's livable.

Review: The sound panels do help dampen the noise coming from the wall I share with another apartment. They do need to be installed like a curtain, stretched tightly, which I figured out after trying to hang them in singular columns from wires, which just made them fold. I ended up using two Rigga garment racks also from Ikea to build a kind of sound dampening wall. I like these, they look nice, and I feel they were worth it for the price, for what they are capable of doing. I needed four packs to fill most of one wall of my bedroom.

Review: I purchased two packs to help dry up the sound in a dinning room. I woud recommed experimenting by laying out a pattern before trying to attach them together. As a music person, I can tell you these are not going to solve big sound issues. You can make gobo's with a bit of wood, insulation, and fabric. This product does very little change for the money. It will be returned.

Review: We needed something to block the sound from the music room and struggled with finding something that worked AND looked presentable. Heavy velvet curtains pooled over the floor would not cut it in our mid-century home! Enter ODDLAUG, along with a Vidga rod system with a corner piece extending from the wall to the left of the door around a corner to above the door opening. The ODDLAUG panel lives on a rod section behind the door, but once the door is closed, it rolls into place in front of the door, where it cuts the sound level 5-10 decibels. We needed 4 packages, and I might want another to make it just a bit wider. The look is trim and professional, but still friendly and homey. With a total cost of under $150, it was also one of the more cost effective solutions, as well.
