Review: Does not look like the picture, not at all shiny. Not sure what I’m missing, but it appears to be galvanized steel? Or at least it’s coated in a grease or film. I’ve been wiping and scrubbing it down and black residue continues coming off. Not sure how this is supposed to hold items to eat off of if it’s this dirty.

Review: The plate slots are definitely too narrow. (As noted by others). Bottom level is great BUT it should be a little higher off the countertop so you can easily slip a drain pan under it. Another problem: no place for utensils.

Review: We've had this for 5 years - absolutely love how much I can fit on this rack, the size is great, and it's still in perfect shape. We bought a hanging flatware caddy that hooks right on to the side and a drying mat to go underneath separately.

Review: This dish drainer is much sturdier than the one it replaced BUT it doesn’t come with the bottom mat that drains into the sink. If you have the standard rubber mat this will not fit. It also doesn’t have the piece for cutlery that’s standard on most dish drainers.
