Review: I order the product and when I went to install the screw that tightens around the plastic cord holder was not there. They only way to get it on is to disconnect the wires, which I did not do. It was assembled incorrectly at the factory and Ikea is not responsive. It is useless as the sold me only part of the product I ordered.
