The blind is cordless for increased child safety.

Can be mounted inside or outside the window recess, or in the ceiling.

This blinds fabric is made of polyester from recycled PET bottles. Using waste as a resource takes us one step closer to a more sustainable future.

Review: So I am a 53yo 4’11” female and I installed mine by myself. Just like everybody, I was disappointed when It did not come with screws but its okay, I needed a deep one anyways. Then I bought a size that was exact size of my window but i did not count in the blind’s post so had to buy a size smaller… perfect! A little smaller than my window frame but totally covers the window. I am glad that they included a cardboard guide on where I can drill the holes, made installing easy, no need to measure out. Now, when retracting or pulling out, gotta do it gently, especially when you are pushibg it back up, it can easily get crooked. Love love love it!

Review: So I bought one it was $19 installed it and when you pull it down and it winds back up it winds back up crooked to one side more than the other. I figured price wasn’t bad for that issue so I went to get another. Now the same thing is $30 bought one took it home and it’s the same thing only thing time it’s so bad it won’t really roll up and down. Ikea doesn’t take returns for open products either. Go figure. I have been buying Lea and less here quality has become horrible while prices are sky rocketing

Review: Since the listing does not explain: The stick device on the side is not a twisting mechanism, it is a pull down and push up deal. It is difficult to pull down, but impossible to push up. It literally hurt my lumbar to do it. Is there some way to lubricate it so it is more effortless to operate?
It would also be nice if the listing mentioned what size screws you needed to buy.
Also, one end of the roller system has a red cap on it. It is so unsightly against the white trim around the window.
Our first IKEA roller blind we purchased was a pull down/push up no stick type in white. Wish we could still get that one!

This one requires that you buy screws for your particular installation site. Prospective customers might want to know that screws (called fasteners) for the brackets are not included.
