Review: I tried for hours to put this cardboard quality dresser together and now I’m out 270 dollars. Legitimately impossible to put together without breaking something. I even drilled extra holes and added extra screws for support and that could not stop the awful quality wood from disintegrating. Do not buy this and now I’m having second thoughts about everything this sham of a company makes.

Review: I was so excited to put this in sons bedroom. I read reviews and saw that assembly was going to be a challenge but considering I’ve successfully put together at least 10 pieces of Ikea furniture, I felt confident. The wooden dowels didn’t fit, it fell apart and the particle board practically disentigrated rendering the piece unusable. I will be returning as soon as I can get all the pieces back in my car and drive the hour+ trip back to my local store. Cussed a lot with this one.

Review: I would love this unit, except for the drawers. Once assembled, the middle 3 (it doesn't matter which of the 5 drawers is in the middle) do not stay on the tracks. The top and bottom drawers fit perfectly, it's just the middle three. Like the drawers do not fit. Feels like an absolute waste of time and energy

Review: I bought two of these drawers because this design has a modern look. However, this drawer is one of the most difficult drawer I have installed. It is recommended for to follow some of the steps stated on the instructions which will make your assembly process miserable. Also, I didn't expect some of the parts to be made of plastic instead of metal. Overall, the design is great just not that fun to put together.

Review: i have used this product for almost 8 months and i hate it. i wish i had never purchased it. the drawers were falling apart within weeks of putting it together. at this point, the tracks on of the drawers is broken and the drawer can't roll into place properly messing up all of the other drawers. could it be user error, sure. i still wouldn't advise you buy this one. it's not worth it. pick something else for the sake of your sanity and your wallet.

Review: I will save everyone the trouble on the drawers - you need a hammer to get the clips pushed all the way into the slot. Look up NORDMELA on youtube and there's a 30 second video showing this step. Also as another reviewer stated, the slight notches in the drawer bottoms goes into the drawer face, not the back. Otherwise, assembly is like most other ikea pieces. I assembled this alone, took about 2hrs working time. I do have quite a bit of experience with flat-pack furniture though.

Review: This is a beautiful piece - solid, dark indigo blue. Very heavy and sturdy.
The assembly instructions are missing a key bit of information for the drawer assembly.
First off, it took me a while to realize the side panels of the drawers hook into place on the outside of the back panel NOT the inside.
But the missing info is this:
There are notches on the bottom panel of each drawer. Those notches should be in the front side of the drawer not the back. The front piece of the drawer has a groove that matches the notched-out side. If you get that right, the plastic clips are easy to put in place. If you have it backward like I did, you have to force the clips into place and they don’t lay flush.
The manual is missing the picture of the notched-out side of the drawer floor. I hope this helps!

I’m good at ikea assembly and like other reviews said the drawers were a nightmare to assemble and should be changed. The click in plastic piece should be replaced with screws. Other than assembly, I like the dresser and it works nicely in my son’s room.
