Review: I am happy with this window shade, as I use it on a single French door to block the view of my grill on the porch.
I can still view the vegetation from afar as well. I just stuck it up on the inside with a sticky strip from other Ikea blinds I had left over. Do wish it came with its own way of sticking up.

Review: I just installed three panels this past weekend (August 2022) over a shelving unit/to hide the mess so I can't speak to light filtering properties. The appearance of this dark grey shade is beautiful: this is a subtle, striated dark grey and the polyester stitching thread that holds it together is black in color (I could not tell from the pictures here). The edges are finished with a dark/er color that is just a touch cooler/bluer in temperature than the overall warmer dark color of the shade.

As I saw one other reviewer say, my three panels don't all match in that only two out of 3 hang very flat/flush. The third one has some puckering to it, that looks like it's to do with how the paper reed textile is sewn to the finishing edges (so it's not a wrinkle that's going to fall out over time). Currently on the fence, but I may roll the dice and order yet another panel in the hopes of getting an even/flat-hanging one rather than a puckered one.

Review: The panels are a bit challenging to cut straight and even, which doesn’t seem like should be an issue. It because of the way these panels are constructed and stitched and the end finishing pieces installed they don’t all come out perfectly even. Also found some color discrepancies with one of the panels k bought that didn’t quite match the rest.

Review: I placed an order of in stock items, Ikea said it shipped, FedEx says no - the shipping # was generated but the item was not given to FedEx, several months later Ikea said it was delivered, FedEx says they never received it, I called Ikea, they see it never shipped and refund my money. 2nd time this has happened, different items, all showing in stock, Ikea sends it shipped email several days after ordering but never sends items to FedEx, then takes months doing who knows what and sends delivery email but never actually ships anything. I give up and will not order from Ikea again :(
