Review: This pillow was perfect for my office. I work at a RE/MAX, known for the hot air balloon so this pillow fits nicely on our couch at the office. The exterior is soft. The only issue is the stuffing is not a great quality. Over time, it has gotten clumpy. But we love anytime we can find something that resembles a hot air balloon!
