Materials & care
Material
Solid acacia wood, Acrylic stain
CareThe best way to extend the life of your wooden outdoor furniture is by cleaning it regularly, not leaving it outdoors unprotected more than necessary, and re-staining it on a regular basis.
Clean: Use a mild soapy solution. Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.
Maintenance: To prevent the surface from drying out and cracking, and moisture from penetrating into the wood, we recommend you to re-stain the furniture on a regular basis, for example once or twice a year.
Storing: If possible, store in a cool dry place indoors. If the furniture is stored outside, cover it with a waterproof cover. After a rain or snowfall, wipe off excess water or snow from flat surfaces. Allow air to circulate to avoid condensation.

Review: Everything in this product line is very durable, and holds up well, even in the Florida humidity. We polish / clean once a month with Pledge Spray, and the color has remained in tact a year and a half later. These chairs recline back, fairly far, which is quite nice. The drawback, is they can be difficult to move around. I found adding some felt pads to the bottom definitely helped with that. They do also fold if you need to store them. Overall, a great chair.

Review: Took one star off as when you move the chairs, they rattle around and sound cheap when doing so. Otherwise they’re pretty comfortable even without cushions and recline well. Definitely would recommend cushions as the wood is a bit harsh and the corners are sharp. Been waiting for ikea to restock cushions and check daily, but they’ve been having a lot of issues restocking products lately so I’m not holding my breath.
