Review: The Hemnes dresser is modern and sleek and looks great. It is a great value for the money. It is made of a blend of real solid wood and some particleboard. The assembly is not too bad but it could be improved if the instructions and the hardware was sorted out instead of thrown in a bag. Please pay attention to the hardware because some hardware is smooth and some screws have texture around it but they’re the same size so if you use the wrong one you will have to disassemble it and take it off and reassembled it so really pay attention to the diagram since all the hardware is just thrown into a bag and not sorted out. Other than that I’m not sure if you would find another dresser for that price at another furniture store without paying another 100 or more dollars.

Review: LOVE THIS. Using this for a nursery changing table. Would be good for someone taller (I’m 5’7”) as it might be slightly too tall for someone shorter once baby is on top. Fits our keekaroo peanut changer perfectly. My husband is very handy and good at building things— took him about 3 hours to put together. Love that this is real wood and smells like pine. Better quality and way better service than some of the big name nursery furniture products. Using the ikea drawer dividers on inside and they fit well. Very happy with our purchase!

Review: The dresser is nice to look at but the quality is just okay. The drawers slide very easy and do NOT have a soft close, you’ve got to lightly close them just so they don’t slam shut. If you want nice shutting drawers I’d go with a different option. I don’t live near an IKEA so I figured the $80 shipping was worth it since people hype IKEA products up… no. Not impressed but it’ll do the job.

Review: I bought this dresser in white 3 years ago and loved the quality. And this week I bought the same one again and I noticed significant differences in quality - 1) the wood feels lighter and less weighted, 2) the drawers don't slide out as easily (I'll be greasing the tracks), and 3) even the paint doesn't look finished on the dresser. My old dresser from 3 years ago has a shiny finish and felt sturdy, but this new dresser looks like it only has 1 layer of paint on it as I can still see the wood grains beneath and the finish feels matte/kind of rough and not smooth. And of course due to inflation this new dresser was more expensive than the previous one. Overall unhappy with this purchase compared to previous models
