Review: Got this sofa sleeper when the pandemic started 2020 It wasn't exactly comfortable but it was alright. Sleeping on it was another thing. It's super hard there's virtually no cushioning, got a 3 memory foam topper. As time goes on the padding under the seat degraded so the frame is pushing through to the surface. The 3 foam isn't enough either so added a quality mattress cover but even it's not enough my 120# daughter uses it exclusively. The cover is great! Our rotten little Siames cat likes to scratch on it when no one is around entertaining him & he's barely made it look worn. It's definitely easy to wash & with 3 cats & 1 lab puppy it definitely washes up nicely! 2 covers mean we can change the living room easily the memory foam topper w/ the fluffy cover fits in storage! If they would have only added decent padding it would have been perfect! As is we need to replace it within 2 years! Yes they say you can return it but finding the help & truck in the pandemic was a joke!

Review: The cushions are very firm. Pillows aren't exactly soft and plump either. I was able to add a 1 1/4 foam mattress topper under the seating cover, there was enough slack to do so. Has made it a little better. I understand firm is good as a bed but was hoping for a little better compromise as a sofa. Went back to store and confirmed ours is no where near as soft and comfy.

Review: I have had this sleeper sofa for 4 years now and it still looks great and functions as expected. Of course when I bought it, it was 1/2 the cost and the covers were cheaper too. I do love being able to wash the covers if they get dirty, and rotate between the gray and blue colors. I have yet to have a stain I couldn't get out. My children are grown , but I could also see how the arms might have and issue if young children were hanging off them, as they tend to do.

The arm rests insides are particle board and the nails holding it together slip right out and the arms start to hang. I would definitely purchase some where else. Review: After carefully perusing all the IKEA sleeper sofas I chose the Holmsund and couldn't be happier. It was delivered as scheduled and we had it put together in less than an hour. It looks great and is comfortable in each of its dual purposes. It is roomy to sit on and the five pillows provide adequate back support. It is extremely easy to open and close, and very pleasant to sleep on. It is a well designed piece and I particularly like the storage area for bedding, and the fact that the covers are washable and that you can purchase additional covers.

Review: We got this couch for our weekend place. It is large comfortable and makes a large bed. Yes folding and unfolding is heavy and can cause harm to children/pets if they get caught. Be careful. But it is great to be able to hide the comforter sheets and sleeping pillow in the sofa when folded. We got the upgraded fabric and it is pretty. Does get dirty easily by cleans off easily too. Added more pillows for color and comfort. Overall we are. Very pleased with this sofa bed.

Review: i've read a few negative reviews and felt i should put mine out there. i've had this couch for over 3 going on 4 years. including 2 moves. i love this pull out couch! and as for the stains in the cover. i have it in white and with some oxyclean and bleach there is nothing i haven't gotten out( and I wash it every week since i have a toddler) it has had grape popsicle, syrup and cereal bar jelly mushed into it to name a few and all have come out no problem. the storage is great and i find it pretty comfortable to sleep on at times. and so have guests that have stayed with me. great price and great piece! i will say ( i learned the hard way) don't let the cover dry completely before putting it back on or it will rip from shrinking.

Review: I bought this sofa around the beginning of June. It's now August and the sofa frame completely cracked and sunk in the middle. I have the receipt, but since I originally paid for delivery and assembly, how am I supposed to return or fix it? If I only fix it or have it fixed, what guarantee do I have that it won't happen again. The light blue looked beautiful in my living room and I personally liked how firm it felt compared to the flimsier cushions on my Wayfair sofa at a similar price point, but what good is that if it breaks so quickly and easily?

Review: We bought this sofa in white because the cover was washable. However, NOTHING comes out of this fabric, not even the faintest stain. The cushions are also hard as a rock. We tried the sofa in store, but I'm assuming a trillion people must have sat on it because it wasn't as hard. I would have returned it but trying to get it unassembled, back in the box, and attached to the roof of my car was more than I can handle. My plan was to try and dye the cover, but because it's a mix of poly and cotton, I would have to do the stove top method, which is pretty much impossible with that much fabric. Probably the worst purchase I've ever made.

It certainly is a comfortable sofa but unfortunately thats where the good stuff ends. the plastics used in this sofa has been a big let down. the side handle slides on to the main unit on a plastic and it broke in 2 days! very disappointed. If only they used metal or better quality parts instead of the cheap plastic, the durability would have been great!

Review: We purchased this item to have extra seating and a sleeping spot for guests. I will agree that the seating is very deep which may be a drawback depending on your preference, but I think it makes it great for lounging (reading/movies). I have purchased other accent pillows that I change out seasonally and it allows me to get the support I want when I'm sitting on it. We have the white cover and I've been able to wash all of it in my own machine (I do prefer to take the larger pieces to the laundromat mega washer, but don't always have time). Feedback on guests sleeping is that it is comfortable enough, what a person can expect from a sleeper sofa. The storage holds a queen comforter, two flat sheets (fitted would not work), and four basic pillows.Set up/put away is super easy.
