We have the HEMNES shoe cabinet on the main level but that was too big for this space.

Review: 1. Display tags should list the number of parts so you know in advance what's involved in assembly. What looked like a simple peice had 20+ parts and 90+ peices of hardware.
2. It took twice as long to assemble because the glue used on the 3 warning stickers would not come off with a damp cloth, soap & water, or lightly scraping. When I called customer service for advice was told to use fingernail polish remover. Really? - It would have removed the finish. (they had no clue and were were guessing. Told someone would follow-up but they didn't) Had to stop the project and go to the store and purchase something to remove the stickers.

My son wears size 13 and his shoes fit into the compartments perfectly, without dragging or binding the latch. It’s pretty thin and sits against a wall without intruding into your space.
