Review: We got this for our first apartment and love this table! I stained it to a medium tone wood (a mix of Minwax Jacobean, Classic Grey, and Red Mahogany) and then sealed it with three coats of matte polyurethane, which I think would make it a similar durability to the unfinished table. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. It's also just a great size for an apartment, and super solid. I love the shape, the only reason I don't give it five stars for appearance is that the pine feels incomplete. It's great for me (I'm a designer and love messing with colors and finishes to get them perfect) but for someone who wants to use it right out of the box, coming in other finishes would be a plus. Great table overall though!
