The rug is machine-woven.
This rug is machine washable at 104°F on the delicate cycle. Because of the rug’s large size, we recommend professional rug cleaning.
This rug fits with a 2-3 seat sofa, but can also fit other size sofas depending on how you place it.
This rug fits under a 6-seat dining table, but can of course be used how and where you like in your home.
You will need 2 STOPP FILT rug underlay with anti-slip (5'5x7'9) for this rug. Trim if necessary.

Review: It is really pretty but it didn’t work for our area. If we had an appropriate spot e would have kept it. You’d definitely want to put some type off slip proof base underneath it if you don’t have it anchored down under furniture and it’s on a wood floor.

Review: I have pets, and purchased this rug because it is listed as washable-It gives instructions for washing, but also says to consider taking it to a professional due size. I have a front load washer, and attempted to wash the largest size-It is no larger than my king sized quilt, and I felt this was something my washer could handle-HUGE mistake! Once wet it became unbelievably heavy, it knocked around my washer, it shed, causing the first clog in the filter my machine has experienced, and once out of the washer, it was hung up to dry, and it shrank by at least 6% measured width wise.
I would have been better off purchasing a drop cloth and decorating it with paint.
Ikea, you are the best, but this rug is not reasonably washable, and probably shouldn’t be advertised as such.
