This springform is perfect for cheesecake, mousse, quiche, sponge cakes and even pizza.

Designed with non-stick coating to make your pastry easy to loosen and the springform easy to clean.

No need to grease this bakeware since it has a non-stick coating, but you can still do it to add taste and give a nice finish to what you bake.

Detachable sides with a spring lock make it easy to remove the pastry from the form and serve.

Review: When I saw this in the cooking section, I was excited to add this to my baking collection. After my first use with this pan, the spring lock no longer works. The seal is no longer achievable so I am no longer able to use this pan. Secondly, the coating on this pan seems very thin. There are a few scratch marks on the pan after normal use.

Review: If you have never had a spring form pan to compare with this one, then it is great for a first time baker. The coating is nice and the food releases well, but the metal is thin. If you have a heavy touch or you drop it, it will bend, then it will not seal.
Have fun, but be careful with it. Set it on another cookie sheet before filling and bake with the cookie sheet under it. It will make it easier to get in and out of the oven.
