Review title: My daughter loves her bed.

Review title: Sturdy bed, a little difficult to put together
Customer: Thang
Review: Very sturdy and well made bed. The only problematic spot is one of the side rail. It refuses to be flush to the bed frame. I even jumped on it trying to push it down with no luck. Otherwise, the bed is wonderful and my daughter absolutely loves it. She jumps around on it for months without any issue at all.

Review title: Parts don’t fit
Customer: Jake J.
Review: I have to say, I’ve never written a bad review about Ikea but this has to be the worst assembly experience. Dowels are either too long or too thick and screws are too weak. I’m a pretty strong male and parts simply don’t fit because I can’t fit them together. Now one of the screws is broken because pieces don’t close in gaps. I understand the return policy but such a hassle to go back and forth loading and unloading this product. It won’t come apart either because the dowels are stuck together so hardly.

Review title: Not recommended
Customer: POOJA
Review: The dowels are a pain to use! Also, the parts need to be marked a-a or left/right for ease! I would have gone up with rating if there were screws instead of dowels! It took almost a day for me to assemble! I have been assembling all my furniture myself since 10+ years but never faced such a situation before! Now, I need to move the bed to a different room for which I will have to dissemble it and its already giving me a nightmare!! The screws/dowels/other parts that join the bed are so damn snug!

Review title: Nice bed but the Quality is bad
Customer: Dany
Review: when I bought it and took out everything from the boxes, the bed came damages in some corners.
This is a nice Looking bed, but the quality of the wood is not resistant, anything can scratch it, anything small can take out and destroy the thin color paper surrounding the bed.
So you need to be very careful when you install the bed.

Review title: Bed frame broke
Customer: Me0910
Review: My husband and I spent the day fixing broken slats on the bed frame. I’m very disappointed in Ikea. I purchased this for my two year old (now three) and expected a design that could uphold child’s play every now and then. The frame just doesn’t make any sense and the slats split in half. My husband and I spent this evening trying to find away to connect the main support beam and reattach it back to the bed frame when it broke. Terrible just terrible.

Review title: Don’t waste your money!
Customer: Bri2211
Review: Unfortunately I purchased this for my toddler thinking it would be a great bed but we were horribly wrong! It’s poorly designed and the middle pieces that are supposed to hold the bed up do not do their job! IKEA IS NO HELP with the issues I’m having as I’ve reached out multiple times and got nowhere, no help nothing but a message saying go talk to someone at the store! Definitely DO NOT recommend!

Review title: My daughter loves it but design could be sturdy
Customer: Tejindere
Review: Design is really good. My daughter loves her “pink princess” bed. The middle of the frame and support could be made sturdier ..my daughter (35 lbs) jumped on her bed and the middle frame cracked..request Ikea to add more beam in the middle

Review title: Great quality and super cute & cozy
Customer: MSK505
Review: We’ve had this bed for 3 years and we still love it. My daughter is about to turn 5, and the bed has grown with her wonderfully. The frame and frame finish are very durable. The slats have withstood some epic jumping from my little girls (although I do NOT condone or recommend jumping! But, it happens). It’s easy to adjust, and has maintained its durability through multiple adjustments. The mattress is kind of a pain while putting sheets on, it has multiple parts which allows for the extend ability. Once sheets are on though, it’s very cozy. i do recommend getting the IKEA sheets in the various sizes as traditional twin sheets fit pretty loose. And, most importantly, my daughter LOVES it. I’m about to buy an additional bed for our youngest who is two. Our first bed has held up so well, we can’t pass it down as originally intended. Great problem to have!

Review title: Great bed
Customer: CC2019
Review: We’ve had the bed for 3 years and it’s still in great shape. No bowing like other people have mentioned. We put a memory foam topper on top of the mattress and it’s very comfortable. I’ve slept on it a few times and felt great the next day.

Review title: Rickety Frame
Customer:
Review: My daughter loved this bed when we first bought it. But not long after the wooden slats started to break so that her bed is severely bowed in the middle. I would not re omens this product. It has been an unfortunate waste of money as we were hoping Robbie able to reuse it for her younger sisters.

Review title: Not sturdy!
Customer: Tgvenable
Review: We purchased 2 of these beds for our 3 and 4 year old. We thought it would be a great investment because of its ability to extend. We were greatly disappointed. The bottom of the bed started to break. We contacted customer service a few times but with no luck. After attempting to fix the bed we finally gave in and purchased new beds. The bed is also very heavy.

Review title: Perfect fit for our room, and for growth.

Review: Bought this last month. We couldn't get our 2 year old daughter to sleep alone. First night we bought this, she loaded it with her new pillows and slept alone. She loves it.

Review title: Not sturdy! And too wide
Customer: khyber
Review: We bought this for our 5 year old a few months ago. Within a few days of her sleeping on it, we noticed that the bed had buckled in the middle. The wood plank in the middle of frame that allows it to extend is a weak link. By far the most frustrating buy from Ikea.
