Review: I haven't used it yet, BUT, I've been reviewing whisks on Amazon like a wild woman. What's important in a balloon whisk like this one is the nice rounded shape plus many wires. Of course you could say the comfort of the handle is important, too, but I've held the more ergonomic ones and this one, and comfort is important to me, but this one feels comfortable as is! I used to work in restaurants and have made bechemal sauce, etc., which needs a comfortable whisk and this one is fine by me. It's stainless steel--which is what's used in restaurants also, and the stainless is my preference because it's so sturdy. This is the whisk I settled on after reading dozens of reviews for a variety of different balloon whisks!! You can't go wrong with it. :)
