Review: Purchased this coffee to try as a cold brew. Cold brewing reduces the bitterness and acidity, if done properly. I enjoy my iced coffee concentrated, mixed with whole milk and a touch of maple syrup. With this bean I am able to use less Maple syrup. This has a lovely rich smooth flavor with a slight chocolate undertone. This is currently my favorite product for cold brewing. Wish it could be shipped, since the closest IKEA is 2 hours from our home.

Review: This is a great coffee by Ikea. Aside from great flavor and taste, the most important thing for me is how the people who grow these and the land that these are grown in are treated. Fair trade organically grown coffee is the healthiest coffee to drink. Thank you Ikea for making sure the farmers are treated fairly and with respect and dignity.
