Review: Easy to assemble. Comfortable enough with good back and neck support. The fabric and color is our issue. The fabric is fairly rough, and the “dark gray” pictured in the description is not accurate. It’s quite blue looking and definitely not as dark as advertised.

Review: I got my first soderhamn chaise in early 2017. I added a two single seats later in 2017. I added a second chaise to make a large u shaped sectional in early 2019. My pieces are between 3 and 5 years old and they’ve lost no quality. My first chaise started with the no longer sold light blue linen cover which was not durable for my cat. It was her ideal scratching texture. After, I switched to the dark grey samsta which is a tight knit polyester which doesn’t tempt the cats. Covers wash great although it is time consuming to get them on and off but it’s great to do a full wash yearly and spot cleaning is easy for messes. Couch is low, so it’s not a favorite of my older relatives. Seats are deep which makes for great lounging and napping. It’s not a couch for acquaintances as it necessitates comfort. It’s a great looking couch and I’ve no plans to switch it out anytime soon.

Its a little short, but perfect for the kids and looks great in the living room. Easy to take the cushions off and wash and put back together. I have two sets of covers for it and I love it so far.

Review: Looks nice and is small enough to fit in my tiny living room. It is really low to the ground, though, so looks kind of weird in the same room with normal height furniture. And it is VERY firm. My butt hurts if I'm on it more than a half hour. I would've gladly paid more for a thicker cushion. Am considering returning it for this reason.

Review: First, once assembled, it is a beautiful, modern piece of furniture. It’s not as white as it appears in the picture. Secondly, the directions for putting on the cover and overall are very poor. Lastly. And my biggest complaint is the size and texture of the inserts. As someone else mentioned the inserts are bigger than the cover so the the inserts bunches up giving the appearance that it was stuffed with brown paper bags. Yuck! I removed the inserts and stuffed with pillow stuffing. See pictures from before I changed inserts.

Review: I bought a chaise and single seat to assemble into a sectional. The design, options and versatility are all excellent. Use the Planner tool and the possibilities are endless. We have a similar sofa in Spain that we bought this year so I felt confident ordering online as it was not available in our local store. Unfortunately the pillow and cushion inserts were lined with a low quality material that made them very UNATTRACTIVE and UNCOMFORTABLE compared to our Ikea European sofa. The material is PAPER like, stiff and flat. The cushions are a bit oversized for the covers and the rigid paper liners create wrinkles and clumps that are visible through the covers. I had all the cushions and liners remade with fabric and am very happy now. But it was a big job and cost me more than half as much as the sofa! If Ikea had spent pennies more on pliable soft liners for the cushions and pillows it would solve the problem. I hope someone reads this for the betterment of the product and planet. Thank you.
