You can use DIRIGERA hub and IKEA Home smart app to control your wireless blinds in different ways, set them to go up and down with a timer and create several groups of wireless blinds.
Block-out blinds blocks light from shining through and completely darkens your room.
The blind comes pre-paired with the remote control and the signal repeater.
For the blinds wireless functions to work, the signal repeater (included in the package) needs to be plugged in to a power socket within 32 feet from the blind.
You can control your blinds wirelessly to adapt the light or create privacy depending on the activity taking place in the room.
The blind is cordless for increased child safety.
BRAUNIT battery pack is the power source to your wireless roller blind.
No need to change fittings or drill new holes if you change your blinds. The wall/ceiling brackets included in the package are suitable for TRETUR, FYRTUR and KADRILJ roller blinds

Review: I've purchased 6 of these. Three of them have failed after about a year. Ikea customer service is very difficult to work with when following up on a warranty claim. Warranty time varies by country, so be sure to check yours before you buy. BTW -they work great when they work.

Review: I bought 4 FYRTUR and it was very very easy to assembly. But I was not able to connect to wifi ? I called IKEA customer service on phone, I went in person in the store but nobody could help. Its look like to connect to WIFI I need to buy an getaway ... but this part is not available to purchase ... So if you intend to open the blinds with your mobile ... it is not like that !! I am very very disappointed !!

Review: The names of the parts and how they work are confusing in the instructions. I did figure it out. The part used to charge the battery is also the part used to make the remote work, so it needs to stay plugged in nearby for the remote to work. To preset the shade to stop at a certain length, you use the manual buttons on the shade, not the remote. Once I figured it out everything is great. The IKEA lesson is love the product, but hate the instructions.

Review: For the price these blinds met my expectations and beyond. Easy to install using both sides of the mounting brackets. Easy to sync 4 blinds to one remote. I’m having issues getting my other 2 larger blinds to sync to another remote but I’m sure it’s user error. I would love to see these blinds in a different polyester fabric design/color choice.

Review: The price & quality are great. BUT they constantly drop off of the Zigbee network & the only way to get them back is to reset them. We bought 9 and that process is tedious. We are trying to use with the gateway - maybe just using the remotes is a better experience. Proceed with caution if you want to use within a Smart Home.

Review: I want to like this and wish it would work. It worked for about a month and it was great, worked with the app and on a schedule, then suddenly stopped. Now, We can only use it manually and on occasion the remote will work. This relies on wifi but needs to be very close to the gateway to work. We tried adding the signal repeater and we’re never able to get it to pair. It’s very temperamental. I keep trying to reset it hoping it will magically start working again.
The blackout aspect is great though- Super dark.

Review: With the inside mount, be sure to consider that you lose about 1.5 inches off the total width due to the rod mounts and the shade not extending the full length of the rod. In my 35.5 inch window, there is a total of about 3 inches of uncovered space with the 34 inch shade.
