This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 50,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use. -

This product is dope-dyed, a dyeing technique for synthetic fibers, which reduces consumption of water and dye while improving color fastness compared to traditional dyeing techniques.

Review: If you have older bar stools from IKEA, these covers will not fit on them. The part that should slide over the back of the stool is at least 2 inches smaller, and the part that covers the seat is about 1 inch shorter in depth.

The covers were just a tad smaller across the top and we couldn't get them on. So bummed because we really wanted some extra covers in other colors.
