Review: These baskets are very sturdy. A great price for such a substantial basket. I know because I looked at a lot of baskets before purchasing these. They go together easily and the color and texture are a nice contrast with the black shelf. I am storing fabric in them, which gets very heavy. They pull out easily, and the basket does not fall apart or wobble, when I need to get to the fabric. Even more pleased with them in my home than when I saw them in the store.

Review: We bought a set of four of these, so we spent $80 just to strip screw holes and have a marital argument only to end up having to put the brackets in place with industrial strength glue to be able to use them. This design needs to be better thought out, with at least guide holes for the screws. Had we known the assembly was so ridiculous we wouldn’t have purchased these.

Review: Generally, I love and look forward to putting together IKEA furniture. I consider each piece a LEGO set for grown ups. Typically the setup involves very well engineered parts with laser precise pre-drilled holes and crystal clear instructions. These baskets, though are anything but precise and frustrating for a number of reasons. First the screws are not magnetic and are entirely wobbly in a Phillips 2 screwdriver. Secondly, the holes are marked occasionally and when they're not the material is nearly impossible to screw through. Save up some money for your swear jar because if you bought one of these you probably bought four or more. Lastly when you insert the bottom, it just doesn't fit. A few punches and stretches are necessary to get it to fit. At this price you probably can't beat it but don't put it together without something strong to drink and a lot of patience.

Review: Many IKEA baskets require minimal assembly. Not so with these. They look nice. But it is virtually impossible to screw in the eight tiny screws into the appropriate places to create the basket. I have assembled many IKEA products and never been so frustrated. Maybe I am alone but I cannot understand why these baskets need such a relatively complicated assembly.
