We recommend a TV bench to be a bit wider than the TV placed on it. This TV bench suits a TV up to 36 inches. You can choose a larger TV if it’s not heavier than the specified max load for the bench’s top.
The top panel of the TV bench is intended for a TV with a maximum weight of 66 lbs.
Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.

Review: The top and bottom shelf is made of particle board. Both require attachment by six screws to the metal frame. Instructions direct one to use an ice pick type device for a starter hole for each screw. The wood/particle board is HARD. Would highly suggest using a drill. I've no clue how one could dig a starter hole in that hard particle board using an ice pick. Accordingly, if one doesn't have a drill you should reconsider this stand. Or, just set the boards in the stand without screws.

Review: Very simple but nice-looking TV stand. Only complaint during installation is that if you didn't have a sharp pointy driver you had to force the wood screws through the laminate. Would have been nice if they had pre-drilled starter holes which is why I gave it a 4 for assembly. Also helps if you have a short Phillips screwdriver.
