Review: I purchased the POANG chair with the Hillared Beige fabric cushion. I'm 5'1, and the head rest pushed my head down and forward uncomfortably. However, the fabric and the seat cushion density for the rest of the chair was worth the purchase, so here's a hack to get the headrest to work for you: the issue is just the density of the foam, and you can adjust that easily! Pull out the headrest foam insert and purchase a 12oz bag of Poly-fil (Polyester Fiber fill, or whatever brand is in your local craft store). Stuff the headrest with the Poly-fil until the cushion regains the same shape it had with the foam insert - I used about 2/3 of the Poly-fil bag. When you lay back, your head will sink into the Poly-fil because it's less dense and has pockets of air, but the weight of your head will displace just the right amount of air needed for your comfortable posture, similar to a pillow. I can now comfortably use the chair, and since the chair still looks the same, no one's the wiser!

Review: Great chair. This chair is very comfortable with excellent neck and lower back support and very easy to get up from as well. Very gentle rock with design is nice too. Great for reading or watching TV. I like the choice of cushion colors and also the choice of seat design/wood combinations. The only negative would be for shorter people the cushion with the neck support is too high up, but in that case one of the other cushions would work just fine.
