Review title: Missing holes in every shelf compartment!

Review: I bought this bookcase right before the pandemic and shelter in place orders. The description stated that it was an adjustable unit, but when upon closer examination after it was assembled, it became clear that the unit was incredibly flawed. Every shelf cubby is missing holes the back side making impossible to adjust the shelves to various heights. Including delivery, this unit cost over $1000. I like the look of the unit but it is not fully functional. I have reached out to IKEA multiple times, speaking with them twice about the issue. I have requested a partial refund for this unit, but have not heard from them at all. I have made my case with emails and pictures of the defects, but no response. I like IKEA but I am very disappointed with the lack of response and offer of a resolution! I WANT IKEA TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!

Review: So this unit is overall very nice and heavy duty. It was a Little bit of a pain to put together but not horrible. It’s wonderful once it is up. Piecing it together to make it all one unit is a pain too but again not too bad.

Review: I would almost give this a 5 but for 1 small problem. Changing the height of shelves. There are lots of holes in front part of shelves for a variety of heights but do not have corresponding holes on rear for back peg for shelf. I guess I could drill one but wondering why they put them in front and not back. Otherwise I love the way it looks and is very functional
